Catering runs on the flight. So does Gælley.

One platform for an aircraft's whole catering operation: the uplift, the fridge, the automations and the trucks, all on one shared flight. Built for airline catering by a dispatcher who did the job.

Four modules · one flight

Everything hangs off the flight. Every role sees the same stage.

Dispatch plans the trucks. The driver works his lane on a tablet. The fridge counts trolleys. Crew see what is coming. The engine underneath watches every food change.

Upliftlate catering

Crew order against the manifest, dispatch approve line by line, the uplift driver acknowledges, starts and delivers. No free text, no phone call to the gate.

Built
Fridgebefore pickup

Kitchen staff count each trolley against the expected manifest, glove-friendly, before the truck driver collects the set. Corrections become jobs with one button.

Built · needs WR/IFX
Automationsthe engine

IFX and WR drift, every quantity change, every aircraft change from the feed. Alerts are routed, not read: before pickup to the fridge, after pickup to uplift.

Built · mock feed today
Task plannerthe trucks

The day's sets on a board, trucks and drivers in lanes, drag to plan, one button per stage on the driver's tablet. Set-swaps, clashes and aircraft changes caught, not phoned.

What is true today

Built. Running on real flights. Not yet in daily use.

Two stations import their airport's SAS departures all day. The real WR and IFX feed is the one piece left; it runs on a mock. Nothing on this site claims a customer, a user or a saving.

“I made the system I wish I'd had when I was a dispatcher on the floor.”

Niclas Våge spent two years as a dispatcher and one as dispatch manager at an airline caterer's Oslo unit, responsible in the systems the operation still runs on. He left in February 2026 and built Gælley from April. Gælley AS, Norway.

“As a company, I'll behave the way I wished our software partners had behaved when I was the one bringing new systems in.”

Which means: a named person who answers, documentation you can read, an exit you can take, and a price that only rises once you are already saving.
